Director of Programs
Food System 6 is seeking an experienced, highly analytical Director of Programs to lead our national EQIP Bridge Loan Program and support the continued growth of our agricultural finance initiatives including Guarantees for Regenerative Agriculture. This fully remote role combines program leadership, financial analysis, and direct work with farmers, ranchers, lenders, and partners. The ideal candidate brings strong nonprofit program management experience, exceptional financial and Excel skills, and a commitment to expanding access to capital for regenerative agriculture.
