All FS6 programs are built to uphold our values of interconnection, entrepreneurship, and impact. With the understanding that our programming is designed to support an environment of mutual learning, community-building, and individual growth, all participants must adhere to the following expectations:
Bring honesty, integrity, and a collaborative approach to solving and challenging assumptions.
Arrive at each session with an open and inquiring mind, a willingness to learn, and a respectful attitude towards the opinions of others.
Create space for your own growth, as well as that of your fellow cohort members.
Requirements for Participation
In order to participate in FS6 programming, participants must adhere to the following requirements:
Attendance: the FS6 Accelerator is a community. Hence all participants will be expected to engage in all scheduled discussions and workshop sessions. If you are unable to join any aspect of the program, you must notify us prior to acceptance. Failure to adequately attend and participate in the program will automatically disqualify you from participating in the programs’ concluding events.
Completion: we expect that, in accepting your place in this program, you are committing to participate until the conclusion of the program.
Timeliness: All participants will be expected to complete the required readings, tasks, and assignments - as prescribed by the FS6 team and coaches - by their due date, and to communicate with the program facilitators, collaborators, mentors, and peers in a timely manner.
Help: As part of the program, you will have access to the FS6 team, whose job it is to provide support, guidance, feedback, and advice. You should feel confident asking them for help at any point during the program. However, if you are in need of help from the FS6 team, we expect that you will ask for it in a timely manner
While we will provide you with training, mentorship, and learning resources, the ultimate success of your program experience will rest on your commitment to learning from and engaging with the opportunities presented through program participation.
